1.   WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

 

In Short:  We collect Personal Information that you provide to us.

 

We collect Personal Information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services or otherwise when you contact us.

 

The Personal Information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make and the products and features you use. The Personal Information we collect may include the following:

 

§  Personal Information Provided by You.  We may ask for or obtain from your use of the Services personally identifiable information, which is information that identifies you personally, such as your first and last name, email address, mobile phone number, zip code, employer identification number, physical address, and other similar information (“Personal Information“). We may also obtain Personal Information of our Customer’s users as part of the services we offer to our Customers on the Site.

 

§  Payment Data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number (such as a credit card number), and the security code associated with your payment instrument. For customers, users, and others who may obtain services from us that require monthly recurring billing, you authorize us to maintain your credit card and billing information and to charge you monthly, or other recurring basis, as indicated on the Services during the sign-up process or as indicated on any purchase order, subscription, license, enrollment form, or other agreement with us. You understand and agree that we may not send monthly invoices or bills for the recurring billing.

 

All Personal Information that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such Personal Information at privacy@waitly.com.


Information Automatically Collected

 

In Short:  Some information — such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser, unique device identifier, and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you use our Services and. visit our Site.

 

We automatically collect certain information when you use our Services and visit, use, or navigate the Site. This information does not directly reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Services, and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

Information Collected Through our App

 

In Short:  We collect information regarding your mobile device, its operating system, and  push notifications, when you use our App.

 

If you use our App, we collect the following information:

 

§  Mobile Device Access. We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device’s storage, and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.

 

§  Mobile Device Data. We automatically collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, model and manufacturer), operating system, version information and system configuration information, device and application identification numbers, browser type and version, hardware model Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, and Internet Protocol (IP) address (or proxy server). If you are using our App, we may also collect information about the phone network associated with your mobile device, your mobile device’s operating system or platform, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device’s unique device ID and information about the features of our App you accessed.

 

§  Push Notifications. We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or certain features of the App. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.

This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our App, for troubleshooting and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

2.   HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

 

A.            Provide our Services

 

We use Personal Information to provide you with the services and features available through the Site and Services, to respond to requests that you initiate through the Site or Services, to process orders and facilitate any transactions that you may initiate through the Site or Services, and to communicate with you. When we have location information, we use it to tailor our services for you.

 

We share your Personal Information to facilitate transactions through the Site and Services, for example when you purchase products or services through our Site or the Services from us or our Customers. We share your information with certain third-party service providers to perform the services and facilitate transactions initiated through the Site or Services.

 

B.            Mobile Messaging Campaigns; Your Consent to Contact By Mobile Phone; Your Right to Opt Out

 

We use Personal Information to provide mobile messaging campaigns for our Customers.

 

By providing us or authorizing third parties to provide us with your mobile phone number, you hereby expressly consent to receive automated text messages (including SMS and MMS) from us at the mobile phone number you provided. You represent that you are 18 years of age or older and/or you have the consent of the wireless account holder associated with the mobile phone number you provided. You are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.

 

Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Your consent to receive autodialed marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. If you have opted in, we may provide updates, special offers, inside news, access to events, ways to enter sweepstakes, instant win games and other marketing offers via text messages through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided. Message frequency varies.

 

You may opt out of receiving emails or text messages from us at any time either by texting the word “STOP” to any text message using the mobile device that is receiving the messages, by following the directions to opt-out at the bottom of the email and using the unsubscribe link contained in the email, or by contacting the sender. C.            Internal Analysis and Promotions

 

We may use Personal Information, device information, non-personal information, and aggregate information to evaluate and improve our products and services, and for our own internal statistical, design, operational purposes, for example to estimate our audience size, measure aggregate traffic patterns, and understand demographic, customer interest, effectiveness of advertising, purchasing, and other trends among our users, visitors, direct channel clients, partners, resellers, and customers.

 

We may use third-party software that tracks traffic directed to and from our Site from affiliate websites and the purchases that result from this traffic. This information is aggregated and is not tied to an individual purchase or person.

 

To the extent allowable, we may also use your Personal Information for the marketing and/or promotion of our products or services. We will not share your Personal Information that we have collected directly from you on our Site with third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes unless you have consented (either through an opt-in our opt-out opportunity) at the time you provide your Personal Information.

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. 9.   CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized.
